Reporting to Finance FO Manager, you will be assisting statutory audit in preparing the documents required (including reconciliation of tax GL account balances). This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.**Your responsibilities**:- Performing regular reconciliation and clearance of the open items of tax related GL accounts with collaboration with GBS IN Tratax team- Performing T2 tax calculation on quarterly basis and post the calculation to SAP- Performing monthly reconciliation of tax reporting against GL account balances and raise the journal adjustment to match the tax reporting figures- Performing clearance of tax related payment transaction that has been booked in SAP on a regular basis- Assisting local FO team in reviewing the percentage of WHT deduction (transaction services) in Readsoft related to invoice from vendor- Collecting and archiving the foreign vendors' document (COD and DGT form) on a regular basis- Assisting tax manager for tax discussion and problem solving to improve tax logic skill and assisting tax audit activities- Assisting the tax manager in preparing the supporting documents for tax court and other requests from tax authorities**Your background**:- Bachelor's degree in accounting- At least 3-5 years of experience in tax and general accounting- Meticulous and detail oriented- Computer literacy and competency in Microsoft office tools- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills**Benefits**:- Life insurance- Accident insurance- Flexible work practices**More about us**:
