Breathe is currently recruiting for a Lead Talent Partner. We are looking for someone who sees themselves as a self-starter and who is searching for a more dynamic environment where they can deliver real impact and have some fun along the way.**What you'll do**:- Revenue generation - be personally responsible for generating your own revenue as well as overseeing the teams billings- Account Management - be the face for our existing client base, farm accounts, manage relationships and oversee the delivery- New Business - Work with our team to approach new clients, manage sales calls, secure new clients and negotiate new contracts- Manage delivery - Work with and lead a globally distributed sourcing team, to leverage tools and platforms too, engage with and assess engineers and introduce the best tech talent to our clients**Who you'll be**:- Perhaps you are someone who has had enough of agency recruitment, is considering internal, but still wants to work with a range of exciting companies- You are confident in generating revenue in the tech recruitment space, across permanent, contract and retained searches- You have experience working with startups and ambitious tech companies- You are confident working independently and working remotely- You are confident interacting with clients and may even have a few that are already loyal- You see yourself as a Rockstar, not a Superstar (and you know the difference)- You have a passion for customer service and love interacting with and helping people**What you'll get**:- True results-only work environment- To work from anywhere in the world (we were remote years before covid).- The opportunity to join a growth stage company and have a lasting impact on a business- To be involved with a business that has a strong social impact and cause- The chance to take over a HOT desk with some truly spectacular clients- Strong compensation potentialIf you want to hear more, please share your info **here **and one of the team will be in touch,Just breathe**Experience**:- Recruitment: 4 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)
