About the Talent Management Manager Role:
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support the management and staff in their day-to-day business activities that are important to meet the organisation's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that organisational development and talent management initiatives are aligned with strategic and company goals
Design talent review and succession planning tools and processes
Manage the performance, training and development, and performance management
Oversee training and development programmes and objectives

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 10 years of experience in talent management and goal-setting procedures.
