Job Role Identify training needs and design programs to ensure alignment of individual capabilities with organizational needs; Manage learning and development programs to enhance employee skills & proactively propose improvements in the effectiveness of learning programs; Develop and manage end-to-end Talent Management program, including career path and framework; Develop succession plans and talent pipelines to ensure the continuity of key roles & proactively propose improvements in the effectiveness of talent management practices; Design programs to foster a Sharia and positive organizational culture that reflects the company's values and mission; Lead the implementation and execution of culture programs to improve people engagement; And Implement initiatives to strengthen diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization .
