The purpose of this role is to implement and co-ordinate the Talent and Organisation Development programmes and processes in the assigned area of responsibility in line with local Talent and Organisation Development strategy and standards. Dependent on the size of the local organisation and the local HR structure, this role might be dedicated to one or several topics in the area of Talent &Organisation Design

· Professional Talent Management

· Professional advice HR matters at a business partner level, aligning local objectives to regional directives for training and development

· Develops and ensures implementation of the Talent Development and Organisation

· Translates the DAN vision into effective development processes which have a high degree of business leader ownership and endorsement

· Leads HR Initiatives, Global Program and ensures that key business leaders are engaged appropriately

· Leadership Development

· Designs and develops leadership and future leadership programmes that support the acquisition of capabilities necessary for the future of Dentsu Aegis

· Strategic Workforce Planning, Employer Branding and Internal/International Mobility) in collaboration with HRBP and HR Head as well as Best Practice principles for Leadership

· Orientate new employees

· Develop career paths and job competencies for core business
