Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

Collaborate with Business HR (BHR) and Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs, implement recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all divisions- Manage offer process, including negotiation and onboarding coordination- Ensure compliance to country employment laws and Abbott policies and practices for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics.- Assist and/or lead TA projects in the region as assigned.**Requirements/Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree, preferably in any scientific discipline- Preferred proven expertise in Talent Acquisition with FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic, or Medical Devices industries.- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Workday- Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills- We are open for applicants with prior experience in a Talent Acquisition role, RPO or in a recruitment company
