Talent Acquisition Intern

**Responsibilities**:- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to deeply understand hiring needs, develop creative sourcing and hiring strategies to build strong pipelines- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in scheduling for interview session- Shadow recruiting screens and hiring manager intake meetings to learn the structure of interview planning and interview etiquette- Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites**Requirements**:- Final year student or Fresh Graduate from Psychology or Human Resources Management major- Have internship experience in the recruitment area is strongly preferred- A strong interest in building a career in the field of Talent Acquisition- Attention to detail, follow-up, and excellent organizational skills- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
