Making sure that our 17+ million users have the best experience in crafting their own adventure.LI-Online**Your main duties in flying with us**:- Understand the job needs of the assigned role (job requirements, jobdesc, etc)- Practice to update and post the job ads in various sourcing channels- Support the TAs for sourcing, scheduling, contacting, and liaising with the users- Understand how to interview and type of questions (behavioral event interview, STAR, etc)- Update recruitment tracker and database regularly- Involve in improvement projects**Mandatory belongings that you must prepare**:- Final year student or fresh graduate from any major who's interested with recruitment and human resource management- Great communication skill- Excellent English communication skill- Good in stakeholder management- Willing to learn- Able to join immediately
