Launched late last year, AgriAku's mission is empower mitra through sustainable, inclusive and profitable technology business models.- To manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interviews for mass-hire field positions- Build sustainable talent pipelines in niche areas to support the future and current needs of the business- Develop and maintain strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources- Establish collaboration with University, Career Center, and other education institution- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.**Qualifications**- Minimum of 2+ years full-cycle **mass recruiting** experience.- Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.- Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting for high volume operational roles in a fast pace environment- Proven track record of recruiting for varying levels of talent- Keep abreast of industry trends, innovative recruitment sourcing techniques, and local employment laws to ensure compliance with all recruitment guidelines.**Additional Information**- Hybrid working options during the COVID-19 pandemic (i.e. working from home and within the main Jakarta office).
