Job Descriptions- Coordinate with other teams to identify staffing needs- Determine selection criteria- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews**Requirements**:- Having 1-2 year recruitment experience, preferably has experience as TA specialist/recruiter in startup, e-commerce or head hunter- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or relevant fields- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English- Having good initiatives and high willingness to learn and grow- Willing to work in a fast pace environment- Can start immediately**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: Rp3,767,775 - Rp4,707,589 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
