**Responsibilities**:- Proactively source and identify top talent through various channels (online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks).- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies for the Southeast Asia region.**Qualifications**:- Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent.- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian recruitment landscape.- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
