System Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesWorks directly with client to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users.Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems; identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution.Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.May work directly with clients on-site or provide installation support remotely.**Key Requirements**:Must possess at least a Bachelor of Information Technology/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Mathematics.Minimum GPA / IPK 3.03+ year(s) of computing engineering experience.Obtain VMWARE Certification (VCP, VCTA, VCAP, VCDX)At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position**Experience with virtualization technologies, especially**: VMWAREHave good knowledge on Dell, Lenovo, HPE, Cisco UCS and Storage System (NetApp, HPE, Hitachi, Rubrik)Strong technical knowledge, skills, and experience in virtualization environmentHaving necessary deep knowledge of Data Center Computing (VMware Technology, Server, Storage, Backup Solution)Ability to read and interpret blueprints, HLD, LLD, schematic drawings and technical manuals requiredFamiliar with VMware Environment, Backup Solution, Storage Monitoring toolsGood coordination with various stakeholders and strong attention on detailsGood analytical thinking and communication skillsGenderMaleMax.
