System And Procedure Supervisor

INDK**Job Description**:- Provides leadership in the balancing of compliance practices with other business initiatives to allow all objectives of the business to be satisfied- Monitor production process and identify areas of improvement- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and process improvements- Train and mentor new employees on proper process and procedure- Investigate and resolve process and quality issues in a timely manne- Generate reports detailing process performance and quality metrics- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the production process- Liaise with upper management to provide updates on process changes and improvements- Develop and implement process control plansRequirement:- Bachelor's of degree in Industrial Engineering or related field- Proven system and procedure supervisor experience for at least 2 years in Automotive Industry or similar role- Proficient in Hokkien- Able to make flowcharts- Mastering Ms. Excel, Word, Power Point & Visio- Honest, conscientious, hard working, and responsible- Can work together in teamwork- Have at least the first COVID-19 vaccine**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- system and procedure supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
