2. Process and Application System Operation
- As the Business Consultant on defining and optimize business processes, and establishing linkage to IT, including provision of optimum IT solution for Supply Chain Management and Shop Floor Management processes as well as Daily Production Rate report, Product Development/ Engineering and Logistics including Warehouse, Production Support (Plan Maintenance and Quality Management) and Finance (Accounting and Controlling) as well as Intranet content management.
- Management of process and assure the appropriate recording of change requirements, evaluation of changes as well as getting the approval, prioritization, planning, implementation and documentation of changes
- Responsible in reporting and controlling for IT budget achievement including IT Service Agreement
- Monitoring IT device asset such as mobile phone and notebook for employee
- Analyze, identify and provide solution in business requirement, data quality which impact to Data Supply and Production Process and problem related to the system application
- Monitor and ensure all Application System and System Interface are success and running smoothly
- Working independently for user support and monitoring of system application SAP include Intranet, with vary and extensive problems, including Monthly and Yearly Closing activity
- Propose of process and/or system improvement Ensure compliancy of ISO, Information Security in daily operation
- Ensure assign user authorization comply with Segregation of Duty & Four Eyes Principles guideline and regularly review (quarterly), by refer KPMG IT Audit and Corporate Audit result.
- Controlling IT Budget and Service agreement with all related Daimler entity
- Responsible for CV production Information security policy implementation such as LISA
