DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Requirement : Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's in Statistics, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or equivalent.

Have an experience minimum 2 years conducting research, survey design/analysis or professional writing. Professional or academic survey design credentials highly preferred
Experience writing and researching for a business or professional client;
Experience in developing questionnaire for the research on various issues? ?
Experience in an undergraduate or graduate research role (institutional research, assessment, etc.) is preferred;
Excellent customer service, communication, analytical, critical-thinking, detail oriented, problem solving and organisational skills
Strong command of primary, secondary, and quantitative methodologies and procedures;
Willingness to tackle complex, often unfamiliar research requests;
Ability to work quickly and independently with minimal guidance or oversight;
Ability to proofread and edit research projects while providing constructive feedback;?
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment;
Willingness and ability to pick up new quantitative skills and market research methodologies as necessary and apply them in new contexts;
High comfort level with Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS?Power Point; SPPS; R or other statistics application
Responsibilities:
Taking client briefs and seek clarifications to understand client's marketing/ business issues and objectives clearly?
Proactively gather information to better understand client's product & services in question?
Ensure the research objectives address marketing / business issue, and are aligned with marketing and business objectives.
Conduct background research on survey topics
Convert research brief proposal into effective questionnaire and interviewing stimulus.
Plan and design surveys and determine appropriate survey methods
Test surveys to make sure that people will understand the questions being asked
Coordinate the work of survey interviewers and data collectors
Account for and solve problems caused by nonrespondents or other sampling issues
Analyze data and information structure?using statistical software and techniques
Guide Data Processing to indetify and construct effective analysis approaches
Check accuracy of data tabulations, raw data produced by data processing?
Analyze and interpret data to indetify patterns
Summarize survey data using tables, graphs, and fact sheets
Evaluate surveys, methods, and performance to improve future surveys
Write survey and research report
