You'll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world.Your 'day to day''The supply planning Specialist manages operational supply planning process within the agreed SOP framework and executes accordingly, to come to an optimal supply plan, both short and long term, in order to achieve integral inventory level in line with business objectives. Assuring on time and on quantity supplies to the market availability. On one hand control finished goods not having out of stock in the markets, on the other hand to ensure components/finished goods are not having excess and obsolescence.Key Responsibility1. Manage the operational supply planning process to steer and control weekly and monthly supply execution process. Ensure product availability (execute weekly supply planning, order placement with EMS and priority setting). Identify & communicate availability issues; implement product allocation rules defined by supply planning lead. Act on backorders and request/execute airfreight as per approval; execute replenishment and safety stock strategy and update in system.2. Capacity Management in seeking of advice & decision with supply planning lead on critcal capacities, investments, costs on stock, reallocations of FG from different source. Control the execution of flexibility rules, critical capacity level decision and leadtime.3. Phase In/ Phase out Management. Follow NPI guideline/NPI monthly handover instruction for proper phase in / phase out. Propose phasing out volume to deplete materials and corodinate with MP on the agreed last time buy volume.4. Master data maintenance. Reponsible for master data completness and correctness in the planning system. Align and maintain lifecycle management parameters in systems.5. Control Operational execution excellence. Control the execution of the agreed shipment and inventory plans. Provide input and communicate the consolidated goods movement. Review and feedback to supply planning lead on mitigation actions when needed & status update. Identify inventory/obsolescene / slow moving /excess risk.6. Performance / KPI managment. Report & PDCA follow up on the deviation from target.7. Contribute to the supply chain improvement programs and change management process.Who we're looking for- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business Administration or related field- 2-3 years business experience in demand / supply management or SCM operations, preferably in electronic industry or consumer goods.- Fluent English- Engagement, able to operate in dynamic environment with high interaction levels- Strong communication skills in international matrix setting.- Good personal networking, persuasive, analytical, hands-on mentality, authority, stress resistant- Adaptability to talk/manage different levels of audiences- Excellent Microsoft office skills (i.e. advanced excel, power point..) and supply planning system knowledge "What we offerOur success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
