Job Purpose

Make site production capacity planning and analysis to identify the gaps between production capacity and business demand, coordinate and reallocate production plan to meet the gaps, and communicate with Manufacturing so that early actions can be taken; Lead the site planning team to make the plans of MPS, MRP and DRP, and ensure the supply of customer orders and support Sales to meet sales target; Balance regional OTIF and inventory level with the purpose of higher service level and lower cost; Prevent SLOB generation to reduce the financial loss; Initiate continuous improvement projects to reduce cost and improve planning efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

Experience

At least 5 years working experience in relative area; Sound knowledge in SAP, ERP, MRPII, good at Excel, PowerPoint etc; Good communication skills, team player and be able to lead & motivate the team achieving function target;
Fluent speaking and writing English.

Bachelor degree in science or above; better in supply chain management;
