Supply Chain Specialist

Persyaratan- Min. Bachelor's Degree- At least three (3) years experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management and/or production planning in the pharmaceutical industry, OTC or FMCG- Good oral and written communication skills in English- Organized and process orientedTanggung Jawab- Process customer order from Distributor, track sales invoice and return.- Responsible for all logistics coordination and related matters including ensuring accurate import documents are made available for a smooth custom clearance- Verifying and preparing payment documents for import and export tax, duty, and transportation charge- Working with various stakeholders to ensure products are redressed on time to meet customers' requirements, replenish packing material and verify all redressing costs- Identify opportunities to improve redressing process- Handle freight insurance matters (e.g. claims)- Liaising with SEA-RDC, distributors, forwarders, insurance agents, custom office and other logistics related parties on all logistic matters- Manage phase out of old products to reduce write off- Monitor ageing stocks and work with various team to take action to reduce write off
