A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment**About the role**:Work Location **:Karawang**Reporting to **:Commercialization Lead****Key responsibilities**:- Manage the commercialization of key new products (attend stage gate meetings, host pre- and post-run calls and other regular project meetings)- Ensure that the interface with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and other relevant functions is optimized to manage an on-time introduction of new and re-formulated products to the market- Lead and coordinate all activities to deliver the first production of the key new product to meet the customer's launch date- Provide manufacturing feasibility and cost information for input into launch decisions- Produce regular reports on the status of new products- Support the sales team with commercialization issues- Embed best practice and identify bottlenecks into the commercialization process through continuous improvement initiatives- Problem solving and troubleshoot during commercialization- Training of relevant people on the SalesForce Commercialization module- Assist commercial manager with some ad hoc tasks when required such as the running of SFDC reports, training of new users in the process, identification of process improvements**Qualifications and skills**:- Minimum Bachelors degree in Science, Business, Supply Chain, Food Technology or related degree- Min 2- 3 years' cross-functional work experience in the Food industry, related to RDA, Supply Chain and Sales- Familiarity with taking a product through the commercialisation process- Experience working with commercial execution and business data set up- Strong MS Office skills - experience using MS Project is a distinct advantage- Experience in NPI systems Optiva, MDM, SFDC is desirable**Competencies Required**:- Strong analytical skills- Strong project management skills- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Good planning and organisational skills, with strong focus on rigorous execution- Good interpersonal skills and Kerry networking skills- Strong business knowledge and ability to interface with commercial and business organisation- Excellent problem solving capabilities
