What will you do:

Supplier Forecast Management :
Manage Monthly vendor forecast in V fast, Ensure forecast acknowledgment and commit back from the suppliers in V fast on monthly basis. Monitor forecast accuracy (S-MAPE) and define action plan to improve vendor forecast accuracy.
Supplier Capacity Management:
Provide the demand input for CORIM analysis and monitor CORIM to ensure tool capacity to support MPP demand. Monitor supplier capacity on monthly basis. Escalate proactively to all the stakeholders in case of gaps and lead the actions to eliminate the gaps. Monitor Tester capacity with EMS suppliers to support the MPP demand.
Supplier On-time delivery Management:
Monitor U-BOL on weekly basis and work with procurement team and suppliers to ensure Zero U-BOL. Provide information and attend weekly EE escalation meeting. Identify critical shortages using MD06 / MD04 / ZMD04E on daily basis, escalate the critical shortages / pre-shortages and work with purchase and SSCME to resolve the issues. Ensure AB date dates are updated in SSP by suppliers and the same gets transmitted to SAP Monitor OTD on monthly basis and lead the actions with OG / IG suppliers to improve the service level. Escalate the recurring supplier service issues to SSCME / purchase and lead the actions for improvement. Ensure supplier LTC sign-off every year for the OG / IG suppliers.

Qualifications

Who would be successful: Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any discipline. At least 3 years of inventory management of raw materials experiences in an electrical/ electronic products’ manufacturing environment, and preferably in a Buyer, Material Planner or Supply Chain role. Possesses skills in procurement management, order scheduling, manufacturing process and developing short term order plans. Must possess hands-on experiences in SAP (PP and MM). Proven ability to multi-task and drive outcomes. Customer service and quality-oriented. Good written and spoken English. Mandarin Speaking will be an advantage Must be willing to be based in Batam.
