We are committed to providing our people with intensive training and career development opportunities, a dynamic, professional, and challenging environment, and the best equal employment opportunity practices.**Responsibilities**- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order processing, acting as the point of contact for internal communication.- Ensure that client orders are processed within the company's standard timescales.- Maintain and improve client satisfaction by adhering to effective fulfillment and logistics policies and standard operating procedures.- Manage all reporting related to the Operations Department, providing updates to management as required.- Develop contractual relationships with overseas partners, global sea and air freight carriers.- Deal directly with sea freight carriers to obtain the best-rated and fastest lead times for inbound and outbound shipments.- Implement an efficient process to provide operations with immediate shipping rates for sales orders.- Track all inbound and outbound shipments worldwide to ensure smooth delivery within project deadlines.- Maintain a highly organized log of all shipments globally from start to finish.- Provide clients with service delivery updates on all orders within the cycle of every calendar day.- Ensure quality control over the outcome of cross-functional teams.- Review and maintain sale contracts to ensure compliance with company standards.- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in the relevant major.- 1+ years of experience as an Fulfillment/Client Service Delivery professional with an International Logistics environment.- Experience in customer relationship management to international clients, project management, logistics and quality control is required.- Possess strong organizational and administrative skills.- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to multi-task.- Able to work from home and must have a stable internet connection.- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.**Salary**: From Rp10,000,000 per month**Language**:- English (required)
