Incumbent ensures the switchboard is adequately staffed 24/7 365 days a year and manages a large, complex centralized switchboard serving over 1400 mission employees with sixteen agencies including constituent posts in Surabaya, Medan and Bali. Incumbent is responsible for quality customer service and interpretation services for embassy and tenant agencies.
