Responsibilities:- Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective marketing strategies to achieve the company's business objectives.- Lead and manage the marketing team, including providing direction, development, and motivation to team members to achieve marketing targets.- Manage the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, ensuring brand message quality and consistency.- Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Return on Investment (ROI), and deliver regular reports to management.- Interact with internal and external business partners, such as sales teams, advertising agencies, suppliers, and customers, to ensure effective collaboration in achieving marketing objectives.- Plan and manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring proper allocation for various marketing initiatives and monitoring expenditures according to the plan.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.- Minimum 3 years of work experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in managerial or supervisory positions.- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in using data analysis tools and interpreting market research results.- Good leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and direct teams.- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.- Good multitasking abilities and ability to work in a dynamic environment.- Good understanding of digital marketing technology and social media platforms.- Creative, innovative, and able to think strategically in planning and executing marketing campaigns.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Bantul: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Supervisor Marketing: 2 years (required)
