We are looking for "Supervisor Building & Infrastructure" who will be based in Medan, Palembang & Makassar. YOUR 'DAY TO DAY' -Main responsibility: - Ensure continuous and safe operation of facility and utilities equipment and systems via proper organization and coordination of employees and/or outsourced services. - Ensure that Facility Management Services are delivered on time, at reasonable cost and in full compliance with PMI standards, Sustainability norms and local legislation requirements. - Ensure and minimize other costs related with utilities operations. - Monitor energy processes and energy consumption with main aim to optimize it. - Organize, plan and monitor execution of preventive, corrective maintenance and repair of all building and utility installations in order to secure continuous production, high productivity and excellent quality of utilities, keeping costs minimized. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Have bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, etc.) - Have at least 3 years' experience in Engineering Department, Industrial Environment and/or Facility Management / Utilities Operation - Fluent in English and having interpersonal/ communication skill - Active and creative with excellence analytical thinking - Willing to have high mobility and work travel WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
