Study Advisor Team Leader (Telemarketing)

**THE POSITION****What you will do**Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Team Leader Study Advisor. In general, you will lead the SA team to fulfill and achieve target. Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role.- Lead and drive SA team to achieve revenue target- Monitor and Report SA performance on weekly and monthly basis (company and individual)- Train and coach SA team to improve selling skill- Collaborate with relevant superiors to achieve company's OKR- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone to achieve individual and team target**Requirements and specifications**In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area.
