We advise and assist our clients carry out their transaction plans (buy-side or sell side transactions), as well as their fund-raising activities. Our core team has a broad and deep understanding of large and complex economic and social infrastructure demonstrated by our strong public sector advisory credentials covering a range of industry sectors and procurement methodologies.**Requirements**:To qualify for the role you must have:- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Public Policy or Engineering from reputable overseas and local universities. MBA/Master's degree/CFA is an asset.- Working experience of dealing with international development agencies/donor would be an asset.- Knowledge or experience in financial analysis, micro and macroeconomics, project finance and infrastructure projects, including financial modelling and quantitative analysis, procurement methodology, and procurement strategy, as well as infrastructure planning and infrastructure policy development.- Strong knowledge of International Finance and Accounting concepts and principles as it relates to PPP infrastructure transactions.- Deep knowledge and relationships in one or more of the following sectors: Transport, Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Social / Urban / Green Infrastructure.- Working knowledge of Indonesian debt financing and capital markets and/or of infrastructure, real estate and project financing markets and the reflection of these in a financial modelling context- Any professional qualifications (e.g. PMP, CFA) would be highly regarded.- Fluency in business English is mandatory both verbal and written.- Strong analytical skills and capacity to provide quality deliverables with an attention to detail- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skill with the ability to deal with people all levels professionally both internally and externally.Skills and attributes for success- Is seeking a dynamic role with a mix of technical, commercial, financial and soft skills- Is motivated and energized by participating in projects involving development of critical national infrastructure and real estate assets that have a tangible and lasting impact on society- Seeks variety in their work and is comfortable learning and adapting to various frameworks and processes for implementation of major capital projects across Indonesia- Is organized with strong self and team management skills, and is able to simultaneously manage and execute on multiple assignments- Is able to prepare quality drafts of reports and presentations for client submissions and meetings.- Has a desire to grow in terms of sales and business development, contributing to executing EY's "go-to-market" client development strategy.- Can contribute to expanding and grow the practice by providing quality service to clients and by developing strong relationships within government and in the private sector- Manage and contribute to the development of junior staff.**What we offer**EY offers a competitive remuneration package where you'll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
