Proven track record in E-commerce projects and live streaming.2. Previous roles in E-commerce or strategic capacities, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry dynamics and evolving trends.3. Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex programs and projects, consistently delivering results within specified timelines.4. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including adept negotiation, persuasive presentation, and agile problem-solving abilities. Skilled in user engagement and providing exceptional support.5. Proficient in conceptualizing and executing both online and offline campaigns, showcasing creativity and facilitating collaborative brainstorming.6. Enthusiastic, accountable, results-oriented, and efficient - excelling even in high-pressure situations.7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in E-commerce, marketing, business, or related disciplines, coupled with practical experience.8. A minimum of 8-12 years of professional experience.9.
