Strategic Planning & Integration Head

Job Description: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with agency goals and market trends Analyze industry data and client insights to identify growth opportunities and market differentiators Lead Integration Manager to understand business objectives and formulate strategic recommendations Provide insights and thought leadership to clients, positioning the agency as a strategic partner Create strategic planning, corporate pitching, and plan execution flow for the whole service in BDD Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions Drive revenue growth through client acquisition and retention Mentor and lead a team of strategic planners and business development professionals Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration within the team Collaborate with department heads to integrate strategic planning into overall agency operations Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making Conduct regular market analysis and SWOT assessments to identify areas for improvement and growth. Requirements: Proven experience in strategic planning and business development within a digital agency or related industry Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
