Store Manager - Kids Play Park BusinessOur client is a premium children's playground that combines play, learning, and great cafes. Our venue is designed with a premium ambiance for families to have a memorable and enjoyable experience. They are searching for a Venue Manager with the following responsibilities and requirements**Responsibilities**- Oversee the daily operations of the venue- Lead and motivate our team to deliver excellent service- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for families- Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for creating an environment that promotes both play and learning for children- Proficiently organize and host various events and edutainment shows, including birthday parties and special occasions**Requirements**:- Previous leadership experience preferred- Passion for creating fun and educational experiences for children and enriching experiences for families- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Child Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in hospitality, family entertainment, or related industries- Female prefer- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills- Fluent in English- Willingness to work in Bandung**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per monthAbility to Commute:- Bandung (required)Ability to Relocate:- Bandung: Relocate before starting work (required)
