Job Description As an Engineering ManagerTechnical lead, you will be tasked with shaping the future direction for SelfServe AdTech platform and back office business tools. This will require understanding the need and pain points of the Advertising industry in Programmatic Ads and have an entrepreneur spirit. The growth of Programmatic Ads in OOH is incredible if you want to tackle hard and interesting problems at scale, and create an impact within the industry, this role is suited for you. What You Will Do Providing technical leadership to build and develop the Core Adtech Platform and integrate with SSP, Adserve, DSP channels. Provide API driven solutions and take ownership of cloud infrastructure Innovate and grow the platform with latest Adtech trends continuously and recommend and evaluate new relevant technologies, influences and drive architecture improvements. Lead and grow a strong engineering team responsible for the next generation and backend architecture. Work with various Product Manager to develop Roadmap to achieve the results. Lead and implement Adtech Standard Practices from IABWhat You Will Need Minimum 5+ years of experience as a manager and overall 10+ years of Advertising industry experience in a variety of contexts, during which you've built scalable, robust, and highperformance products. Graduated from top university Experience with micro web frameworks like Play, Spring MVC, Node.js, PHP Laravel, Adonis reactive programming Experienced in MySQL and server side services Familiarity with good development practices such as OOP and SOLID principle. Experienced with frontend technologies. Ability to work independently and strive to write readable and understandable code. Vue.js knowledge Familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket, and the Git Feature Branch Workflow Familiarity in working with GCP products like GCE, Cloud Storage, Drive services, etc. CSS and HTML5 Web Dev knowledge High adaptability in a dynamic start up environment Mentoring, coaching, and leading the team, you help other engineers make sound architectural decisions and improve their code quality. Strategic mindset. You're comfortable thinking a few steps ahead of where the team is at now. Adtech Experience in programmatic OOH is a plus
