Responsibilities: Undertake regular store visits to assess VM setup (including marketing and promotional activity, seasonal programs, and planograms) against established standards. Identify gaps, and provide systematic coaching and feedback to improvement and maintain consistent VM standards Identify talent and build capability within the store network to embed the capability for high quality, consistent VM standards in store. Build and lead a project team to undertake re-lays, merchandising initiatives and new store openings. Contribute to the development of documentation and training materials that sets VM standards across stores.
