**Location**:Medan**Level**:Staff**Employment Status**:Permanent**Field of Work**:Sales**Posted Date**:14 August 2023**Job Summary**:Supporting all postpaid activities related to Commercial Operation in Sumatera Region.- Responsible for compile report availability & visibility (stock SIM Card, service tools, device, infrastructure, merchandise, etc..) from RCE- Create PJP plan for AVP, RCE, & Gerai Support him/herself- Manage campaign regarding Gerai (Grand opening, tactical program, etc)- People development Create tactical service & sales event align with corporate strategy- Lead stock management & reporting alignment among with all Gerai- Report manpower fulfilment & Exit clearance checklist for All DSA, RCE DS- Support collection document for Confirmation Letter/Agreement with vendor/partner Collaborate with cross function teams to define and execution go-to-market- GTM Executions: Setup PJP for RCE Set Training/socialization session for refreshment- Agent Weekly review meeting with Gerai team (support) RCE and MS Partner- Escalade issue and support needed to AVP & VP- Monitor settlement (cash/stock) Gerai**Job Requirements**:- Minimum bachelor degree- Young-spirited and have high enthusiasm- Experience working in the services industry- Excellent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint- Representable and communicative, able to handle social media platform- Willing to travel around areas, having driver's license is preferable
