Job Responsibility Staff /BLR Local Operator Boiler and its auxiliary equipment (PLTU Palu 3): Main Responsibility To conduct the early inspections and periodically as well as to record the operations parameter of boiler area and its auxiliary equipment on Unit 1 or 2 to ensure the power plant operates normally. Perform the follow up actions in accordance with the contents of Operator Daily Reports/ Log Sheet and Superior instruction to ensure the Power Plant runs smoothly. Monitor and check Boiler and its auxiliary equipment parameter and condition at field in order to ensure the equipment and field condition runs normal and well recorded. Reliable performance according to plant start-up and shutdown procedures, quick response when problems occur, and related procedures must be observed when operating field facilities. When introducing new equipment or changing operating procedures, related procedures must be newly created and changed and reviewed by the leader. All equipment operations are carried out after the presence of the on-site operator and reporting to the leader Perform the preparations that ordered by Unit Shift Leader before operating s equipment on the Boiler based on standard operations procedures and works instruction. Log sheets and handover logs must be prepared through CMMS and handover to the next worker must be done thoroughly.
