Sr Ux Designer

Kickstart and facilitate design project discussions / workshops with users and stakeholders- Conduct user research and gain deep customer insights to co-create with users and stakeholders- Support the development and testing of prototypes all the way to design delivery- Visualize complex information / concepts in simple and effective way in design channels and touchpoints- Work and communicate with developers on design development**Requirement**- 4-5 years of professional experience as a design practitioner, exemplifying various disciplines such as facilitation, research, UX, visual design or service design.- Proven track record of shipping good design experience in e-commerce B2B platform (preferred but not withstanding)- Strong demonstration of empathy, problem solving, design humility and entrepreneurial mindset- Strong desire to change and challenge status quo, ask the right questions and make things happen- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills- A related Design Degree will be an advantage- Business proficiency in EnglishJenis Pekerjaan: KontrakPanjang kontrak: 8 bulanGaji: Rp21.000.000 - Rp25.000.000 per bulanBahasa:- English (Diwajibkan)
