Sr. Project Management Specialist (Gaming)

Develop and execute comprehensive game launch strategies, including marketing, distribution, and sales plans.- Collaborate with game developers to ensure that games are ready for release, including localization and quality assurance.- Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, trailers, and advertisements includes influencers, gaming communities, and media outlets.- Collaborate with game developers to ensure that games are ready for release, including localization and quality assurance.- Addressing issues, updates, and post-launch content to game developer based on player feedback- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to game publishing project- Develop and manage budgets for game publishing activities, including marketing, distribution, and promotion.**Job Requirement**:- Minimum 5 years of experience in game publishing or game development- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Fluent in English.- Ability to think strategically and analyze data.- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Self-starter and comfortable with ambiguity; must be self-directed and proactive starting day 1.
