Sr. Instrument / Icss Commissioning Engineer

JobOverview:
As Instrument / ICSS Commissioning Engineer will Responsibility as supervision for onshore MC / PC and commissioning activities.

KeyResponsibility/Accountability:

Reviewing the Scope of Workand Other relevant information to the Project.

Ensuring adequate number ofSnr techs / technicians and support is required.

Ensuring adequateEquipment’s, Tools & Consumables to be used onshore & offshore. Preparerequest if additional types & quantities are required.

Lease with the OnshoreOperations regarding MC / Commissioning requirements.

Lease with the fabricationyard Supervisors regarding Manpower and equipment to be utilized Onshore.

Lease with HSE managerregarding Safety Officers and Equipment’s to be utilized Onshore.

Coordination ofCommissioning materials & Equipment’s in preparation for sail away.

Lease with the Instrument/Telecommunication commissioning dept engineers to ensure activities are planned/ scheduled / executed safely.

Supervise the Commissioningexecution, as specified in the contract and other relevant Documents.

Keeping the Commissioninglead engineer informed of the daily onshore work progress.

Reviewing engineeringdocumentation and generate the required ITRs within PIMSCMS

Ensuring that rental Tools& Equipment’s are returned to the Vendor as quickly as possible.

High standard of safeworking practice, quality and productivity as well as compliance with the codeof business conducts.

Generation of sub systemcommissioning function test procedures.

Validate ITR populationcorrectly allocated by sub system within PIMSCMS.

Generate the activityspecific commissioning permit to work and maintain responsibility for allsafety related activities to the PTW until closure.

Basic Qualification :

Minimum more than +10 year possess as Instrument Commissioning Engineer.

Maintainresponsibility for the supervision of onshore completions activities under theguidance of the discipline lead engineer.

Generationof Commissioning function test procedures. Review of boundary drawings /Inspection test records and associated commissioning deliverables. Promote safework practices and encourage high standards of HSE during commissioningexecution.
