Requirements: Proven experience in sales and business development for ERP software products for around 10 - 15 years experience Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts Ability to work as an individual driven and grow team. Must be open to travel as needed Job Profile : Will be able to sell ERP software solutions or customized solutions project especially in SCM or WMS Defines a vision and creates a winning strategy and responds to specific market needs. Responsible for building aggressive and value-based market penetration strategies and team Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas while adhering to companies sales rules of engagement Develop and maintain Sales Territory Plan and ensure achievement of Company sales targets and profitability Network and actively participate in User Groups, Associations, and Trade Shows in targeted verticals, including after-hours events Provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance, sales activity reports and account strategy concerns
