Job Description**1) Material Sourcing**: To develop pool of vendors and suppliers for the material sourcing and competitive price quotations, prepare BOM (Bill of Materials)**2)Service Sourcing**: To develop pool of service vendors/ subcontractors for the service scope requirements, prepare BOS (Bill of Service) with capability to optimize service items' cost.**3) Documentation and Transfer**: To support on the contract sign-off documentation and transfer proper sourcing result to procurement department.4) Periodic evaluation of suppliers and vendors, to make sure they are qualified.5) Support other countries sourcing requirement if needed.Requirement2. 5+ years with FTTH/ODN material, manpower/service sourcing experience.3.
