IT Solution Manager is responsible for the Philip Morris International end-to-end process on facing web properties externally. The accountabilities span across complete lifecycle of web solutions and involve stakeholder management, planning, delivery, platform operations, controls and continuous improvements executions. Your "day to day" - Build a solution vision and roadmap that supports business strategies; clearly articulating the expected business outcomes, timelines and accountabilities - Deliver the agreed solution and scope through a prioritized backlog and intense collaboration with the scrum team - Ensure solution delivery is aligned with Solution Design, Technology Roadmap, IT Guiding Principles and PMI practices - especially for solution delivered by 3rd party - Serve as the subject matter expert within the organization and as the primary point of contact for the business team - Establish and maintain strong business partnership in driving technology roadmaps - Collaboration with other IT platforms for a joint business value delivery Who we're looking for... - Bachelor's degree or master's - in an IT and/or related business area - 3+ years of IT Professional experience in Solution Management, Project Management, Product Management or Service Management area - Fluent in English both written and spoken - Thorough understanding of end-to-end website delivery process - Hands-on experience in one of the front-end web technologies: HTML/5, CSS, JavaScript (i.e., React.js) - Working knowledge of server-side technologies: Tomcat, Apache Http, Solr, etc. - Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external stakeholders - Strong skills in communication, writing, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally - Professional scrum certification (Product owner, Scale, Agile Leadership) is a plus What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
