An excellent QA has in-depth knowledge of software development, superb analytical skills, and an above-average ability to foresee technical problems.You will be working in our Indonesia hub based in either the Bandung office from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday.**Responsibilities**:- Assist and be responsible for all test related activities including liaising with operational areas and preparing test documentation;- Perform all general testing tasks including;- Creating Test Plans;- Reviewing and providing input to business requirements documentation;- Preparing test cases from complex business requirements documentation;- Executing test cases and recording results;- Perform system, integration, load and performance test execution;- Raise defects arising from the test planning and test execution phase, etc;- Providing test summary reports;- Escalate all issues and risks through the appropriate channels;- Collaborate with other teams and external stakeholders as required to undertake timely preparation for testing, issue and defect resolution to enable test execution deadlines to be met.**Experience Required**- Significant demonstrated experience in a QA/ Test Analyst capacity managing and delivering testing solutions within complex organisations (Minimum 3+ years' experience);- A high level of understanding of tests and test management methodologies tools and processes across the project lifecycle;- Experience in testing analysis, execution and management;- Testing qualifications such as ISTQB or equivalent;- Experience working in Agile project environments;- High-level interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills- Positive attitude towards meeting business objectives and deadlines- Experience using Jira or similar tools;**Nice Experiences to Have**- PHP and OOP outside of Laravel- VueJS+ Laravel- Web fundamentals like HTML/CSS, Javascript- Browsers, Web Sockets, DNS, etc.- Knowledge of relational databases, such as MySQL- Knowledge of git and common workflows**What we offer**:- Work/life balance - regular office hours (no weekend shifts)- A chance to work with an international team who will support you to learn and grow with the company- Opportunity to work on projects that support leading global IT companies**Job Title**: Software Tester / Quality Assurance**Job Type**: FT**Location/Region**: Bandung**Supervisor/Manager**: Product Manager**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp11,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Software Testing: 1 year (preferred)- IT Ticketing System: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English Fluently (required)
