We believe that good quality people will have a positive impact on our business.**Responsibilities**- Grow engagements and followers of all of our social media channels: IG, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy- Define most important social media KPIs- Manage and oversee social media content for better engagement and growth- Measure the success of every social media campaign- Knows social media trend and what's going on and adapt to strategize the content of riding the wave- Able to create creative & unique themes for social media channels- Ability to deliver creative content, being hands-on in content management and creation- Able to write creative briefs and work well with creative team (copywriters & graphic designer) to ensure content is informative and appealing- Experience in managing a small social media team but also could manage stakeholders from various divisions & collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams- Experience in launching new products to get good tractions of engagements- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network**Reporting**- Monitoring and reporting social media content performance.- Monitoring and reporting competitor activities, market trends and insights.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university in Communications or related field.- Min. 2 years of experience as Social Media Manager with proven result.- Min. 4 years of experience in Social Media field with proven result- Experience in working across social and communication platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Linkedin. Community building experience is a plus.- Ability to problem solve, multi-task, take initiative, prioritize and manage time efficiently.- Familiar with analytics hub tools for Social Media.- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.- Strong can-do attitude.
