As their partner, we assist them in finding a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients, aligning with their brand identity and marketing goals Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube Manage social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, and community management Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into strategies to maximize reach and engagement Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimization Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative, design, and account management, to ensure cohesive and impactful social media campaigns Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and new features to continuously innovate and enhance social media strategies Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for social media-related inquiries and updates Requirements :
5-8 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment Proficiency in English is a must Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies across various platforms In-depth knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends and emerging platforms
