ShopBack seeks a skilled communicator to join the content superstar team. The ideal person for this position should be able to create and manage content for various online channel like blog, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, and TikTok. You would be working with different teams from different departments and with external agencies to drive long term strategies, planned campaigns and day to day social content. You will also need to be a storyteller, a creative visionary, passionate and naturally curious about social and have then understood the in-and-out of how they work.
Responsibilities:

Build and execute a full spectrum of social media & content strategies that ladder up to our marketing campaigns’ objectives.
Foster relationships with key audiences to deepen brand engagement, extend our reach across the web, increase user sentiment, develop a strong grassroots understanding of issues, pain points and preferences through community and social media.
Oversee social media and influencers campaign elements, including briefs, budget management, contract negotiations, and integrations into media and content.
Track, analyze, and report the impact of social media, blog, and influencer marketing activities.
Work seamlessly in tandem with our many cross-functional partners on Campaign, Creative, Business Development, Sales, and PR.
Develop larger-scale plans for social media & influencer outreach.
Monitor social media feeds of competitors and influencers to gauge trends and inspiration.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
5+ years of experience as Social Media Marketing with at least 3 years experience working within influencer communities.
Ability to project manage and multitask, in a dynamic and result-oriented environment.
Enthusiastic about social media trends and understanding audience segments.
Experience handling blog, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Tiktok, and any other social platform.
Preferably having good knowledge about SEO content.
Comfortable with using data to derive actionable insights.
