_**MaNaDr**_ _is the first APAC-based telehealth company to be publicly listed on US Stock Exchange._We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging content across various social media platforms to create brand awareness and to engage with the target audience.**What you will be doing**:- Work with cross-functional teams to develop appealing content that expands the company social media presence into new platforms.- Develop company's social media content consistently and according to brand identity.- Create fun and interesting moments/situations during the stream. (Knowledge of OBS is a must)- Strategic planning of the goal/objective and purpose of each stream before it is conducted.- Keep a schedule to publish posts consistently and timely.- Produce a steady stream of entertaining, informative and shareable content for the target audience.- Engage with followers and respond to messages on social media platforms promptly.- Occasionally travel to obtain interview footage with healthcare professionals in their workplace.**Characteristics of who we are looking for**:- Ability to work collaboratively and alone.- Independent and able to manage their own time and project timelines.- Comfortable appearing on-screen.- Able to keep up with social media trends especially among the younger generations.- A sense of humour to infuse the variety spark into everyday mundane videos! (We will show you samples if you are selected)- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia to produce content or subtitles in these languages with the ability to translate accurately from one language to the other.**You will fit this role if you**:- Have some level of previous livestreaming/content creation experience, whether in a formal or informal setting. **(Link us to your best works!!)**:- Can screen record and use OBS efficiently.- Have a very good understanding of digital content, platforms, algorithms and trends.- See something that's trending --> able to translate that into video/photography content ideas with viral potential.- Are self-driven, not spoon fed and able to adapt fast to every changing situations. (HIGHLY important)- Extremely enthusiastic and have a never-say-die attitude.- Possess the creativity to infuse sparks into interview streams.- Are able to create and script write entertaining healthcare content/questions for doctors (Or adapt them from existing shorts/pieces online)- Have strong understanding in the cultural nuances and audiences of the Malaysia market.All applicants of any experience level are welcome!
