Jakarta Game Operations Entry LevelAs a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts.This job is designed for you who able to create messages that are quickly understood by your brand's audience and promote a positive sentiment. In essence, through the content, you should enhance their brand and become 'the voice' of the company.**Job Description**:- Grow social media presence through various campaigns- Maintain continuous engagement within our social media, official page, and various online communities- Plan regular content scheduling and copywriting- Generate creative, high-quality banner and video concepts- Evaluate and report social media performance (daily/weekly), including plans for further growth- Coordinate with community leaders and Key Opinion Leaders to grow the community- Assist product operations team in assuring the product qualityJob Requirements- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university- At least 1 year of working experience as social media specialist or relevant (fresh graduates with internship experiences in relevant role are welcome to apply)- Able to do end-to-end social media management (content planning, ideation, execution, and reporting) in various channels such as IG, TikTok, Youtube, and Facebook- Have good marketing insights to leverage social media trends- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner- Willing to work in a fast-paced working environment within a tight deadline- Passionate about games with basic knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia
