From representing cool talents, HashEntertainment Group envisions to debut Music Video and shows.**Job description**- Handling social media campaign and content from observing trends and references, brainstorming, planning to execution (including schedule and post) that are consistent with the company's brand identity- Implement the best strategies for each social media platform- Work with the team to brainstorm creatively impactful contents and activations that will lead to impactful reach and engagement scores- Improving social media experience, create engaged audiences and facilitate organic growth and respond to audiences in a timely and accurate way via chat or comments- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance social media platforms- Research and evaluate the latest trend and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity**Requirements**:- Preferably someone with min. 1 years in social media, content & influencer marketing (ideally with e-commerce industry or social media agency)- Experienced in Media and Entertainment industry- Have a strong familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok- Experienced with social media management & analytics tools- Updates on the latest trends, especially on social media- Proficient in English speaking and writing with strong copywriting would be preferred- Committed to work fulltime (Monday to Friday, 10 to 6)- Willing to do WFO policy (Hash's office is located in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta)Don't forget to check out our website!Follow us on:We wish you the best.
