Assignment Description Monitor and contribute to contractors' performance and make sure that all levels of planning on both TEG and SRU are updated weekly with the current status. Assist contractor in making these two plans an integrated schedule, that can be used to make sure there is no planned overload on manning or workspace.Be an HSSE ambassador, ensure HSSE procedures are adhered to, and proactively strive for good HSSE and quality performance throughout the work.Contribute to an optimized and integrated project execution.Monitor progress on all activities, highlight irregularities and propose corrective actions.Monitor progress on deliverables from internal and external suppliers and Customers.Participate in group- and project meetings.Assist Contractor in resolving technical problems during the execution of building- or installation work at the construction site.Seek for continual improvement of work processes and products within own responsibility area.Contribute to interface up against relevant disciplines.Weekly reporting to Construction/ Site ManagerContribute to Lessons Learned, experience transfer and Close Out ReportQualifications Theoretical and practical knowledge and understanding of Design and Fabrication. Knowledge to applicable project documents, standards, and specifications.Proficient in MS Office, experience in use of planning software PrimaVera.Shall have experience from working in SE Asia.Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering.
