It isn't a question.We are now looking for experience professional to join as **Site Development & CAPEX Manager.**This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:**Site Development**- Lead to develop Facility Investment Plan (FIP) to ensure planning of the sites capital spend is generated based on priorities of maintaining appropiate level of facilities, site's strategic plans aligned with the GMS ambition- Review and independently access due diligence materials to identify and quantify physical and/or regulatory constraints and impediments that would preclude development, use, or adversely impact financial viability of the project.- Identify and follow up if there is any site specific development and construction related lease provisions, exhibits and agreements with developers/industrial estate/landlords and coordinate with stakeholder and related resources are needed on this purpose- Engage third party consultants, including Civil, Geotechnical and Traffic Engineering consultants to assist in the entitlement process of all projects.**CAPEX Management & Control**- leading over all capex plan portfolio in respective years in adherence to each capex budget, cashflow phasing, project milestones/target and deadlines- Lead and harmonize detailed project plan and develop monitoring/tracking system to manage project progress adhere with the detail plan- Develop and adjust capex budget according to Site Strategy & Priorities- Lead capex administration from initiation, proposal, approval, commercial terms, construction phase and hand over**Project Management**- Communicating with relevant stake holder to update progress in regular basis and escalate any issue foreseen/arise and multiple options may need further direction/guidance/decision- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy- Identifying and managing potential risks/liabilities, manage changes to the project scope/schedule/costs using appropriate verification techniques**Construction Safety**- Lead to asses Construction Plan based on Construction Safety Requirement including Safety Planning and Control, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Best Known Working Practices, Behavioural Safety, Management of High Risk Activities, Regulation of Construction Safety and Health- Lead to ensure adequate Safety Control and EHS KPI for construction activities through out the year- Lead the contractor prequalification and selection is carried out diligently to ensure vendor going to nominate is competent with high level of safety plan and control before selected- Lead to manage a safety programme and create a safety culture through behavioural programmes.**_ Why you?_**Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:- Bachelor Degree Major in Civil Construction/Mechanical Engineering- Experience in same position for minimum 7 years (minimum of 3.5 years in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility)Preferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:- Deep knowledge of construction EHS best practice & Key legal aspects- Proven ability to lead Site Development Plan & Capex Management**Diversity, Equity and Inclusion**At Haleon we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone.We're striving to create a climate where we celebrate our diversity in all forms by treating each other with respect, listening to different viewpoints, supporting our communities, and creating a workplace where your authentic self belongs and thrives.We believe in an agile working culture for all our roles.
