About the Client:
Our client is an Indonesian company in the retail industry, specializing in surfing, skating and streetwear apparel for both men and women. As the largest surf, skate, and streetwear retail brand in Indonesia, they provide everyone's fashion needs by offering the latest and best brands and products, sourced locally as well as internationally.
Job Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and optimize Shopify stores, ensuring a seamless, responsive, and functional design.
* Integrate and customize payment gateways, understanding the intricacies of secure payment processing and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
* Implement and maintain frontend interfaces using React.js, Alpine.js, or Vue.js, focusing on performance, cross-browser compatibility, and SEO.
* Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create cohesive and innovative e-commerce solutions.
* Utilize Shopify's APIs for third-party integrations, enhancing store functionalities and improving operational efficiency.
* Conduct code reviews, write comprehensive tests, and maintain documentation to ensure code quality and sustainability.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, Shopify updates, and frontend technologies to continuously improve our offerings.




Job Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Shopify Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of Shopify projects.
* Expertise in Shopify's theme development and Liquid template language.
* Strong understanding of payment gateway integration and the flow of transactions in an e-commerce environment.
* Proficient in at least one of the following frontend frameworks: React.js, Alpine.js, or Vue.js.
* Familiarity with modern development tools and practices, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working in a team to design and implement solutions.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
