Shipping Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:- Double checked the restrictions for incoming all shipments- Double checked rate with some forwarder for comparison- Arrange SNI and non SNI shipments as soon as possible as per plan- Review documents for all incoming shipments to ensure the document are correct and received before shipment arrive- Monitor and ensure all shipments already inputted in the shipping system- Review all documents and ensure docs are correct and completed before link PIB on EDI system as per custom regulations- Ensure timely delivery of goods from the supplier after intimated by merchandising team requirements**Requirements**:- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.- Minimum 1 year experience in shipping or logistic would be a plus.- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English- Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.**Technical competency required**:MS Office 2010 or aboveDepartmentShippingLocationsJakarta
